[cairo] hyperlink support for SVG output

Hi,

I recently discovered that cairo 1.16 will support hyperlinks in the pdf
backend. Another image format that naturally supports hyperlinks is svg;
are there any plans to support hyperlinks there too (hopefully using a
similar API)?

I don't have any plans to work on this. The hyperlink API is not backend
specific and should be able to support SVG as well. Patches welcome.

I don't have any plans to work on this. The hyperlink API is not backend
specific and should be able to support SVG as well. Patches welcome.

I could probably give it a shot.
