What is the current Cairo library version as it is not clear from the web
page documentation. Also what is the current PDF version supported by the
library.
I'm looking for support for the /UserUnit parameter as I need to surpass
the 200" limit.

I'm looking for support for the /UserUnit parameter as I need to surpass

I'll look into after after I've finished the features I'm currently
working on. I'm not sure if it will make it into 1.16 depending on how
hard it is to implement.
