[cairo] pixman release?

Hello,

i'm loosely connected to the Cairo library adaptation to the julia
languange and julia 1.0 will use a different system to get libraries
and that more or less includes a local build of the library.
In the discussion it was mentioned pixman didn't have a release in 2
years and some patches have arrived to solve arm/musl issues.
