[cairo] Font Blur

Version 2 on the 3d font. Changed a few things around. Added a blur. The blur works pretty good but has some problem with solid colors. The painters algorithm doesn't always get the side quads sorted correctly. Transparency makes it so it isn't as noticeable.

Getting a little artsy with the font but... sort of fun.
