[cairo] Download Latest Cairo Release

Hi,

I see that that latest release of Cairo as per the website is 1.15.8. However, I needed the link to download this version. I could not find it listed on the vendor website. Could you please give me some insight on this?

The latest "real" release is cairo 1.14.10. 1.15.8 is just a development
snapshot, not a "real" release.
